The SW6000-series is a thin, flexible dielectric absorbing material. It has a wide RF frequency coverage and good insertion loss in the 50M-110GHz range. This material is specially designed for microwave applications, including high-speed optical transceivers, ADAS radar, 5G network equipment, etc.

The SW6090 material has excellent environmental adaptability to harsh environmental conditions: wide operating temperature range, oil resistance and UL-94 V0 flame rating. The magnetic filler makes the product have excellent wave absorbing performance even when the incident angle is greater than 65 degrees.

Technical Overview & Compliance

The Thin RF Absorber is designed for modern electronics where internal clearance is measured in microns. These ultra-thin sheets—often as slim as 0.05mm—utilize a high-permeability magnetic filler dispersed in a specialized polymer binder. Despite their low profile, they effectively suppress near-field EMI and improve signal-to-noise ratios by absorbing parasitic energy that would otherwise cause “de-sense” in antennas. Their flexibility allows them to be wrapped around cables or applied to the interior of slim housings.

To ensure these materials provide consistent electrical performance in high-density packaging, they are tested according to the IEC 62333 series for Noise Suppression Sheets for Digital Devices and Equipment. This international standard governs the measurement of magnetic permeability and decoupling effectiveness, ensuring that every Thin RF Absorber meets the precision requirements of the consumer electronics and telecommunications industries.
