NFG series is a high-performance, non-silicon-based thermal interface material designed for applications sensitive to Siloxane. It offers low thermal resistance and does not require curing, making it ideal for use in systems where ease of rework and material handling are important. The material exhibits natural tackiness and good wettability, ensuring that mating parts are fully contacted, which significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency.
This compliant material has very low compressibility, making it suitable for irregular interfaces, and can be applied to both single components requiring thin thickness or multiple components sharing the same heat sink with varying heights.
Typically packaged in syringes or tubes, the NFG series can be dispensed using automatic dispensing equipment for precise control over the dosage. It can also be applied through screen printing. The material offers an effective alternative to thermal pads, improving thermal performance while reducing costs.
